Section 13A — Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Important: Customers agree to contact us first at info@realvagina.com to attempt resolution of any order issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.

Once a shipment is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. Carrier tracking records and delivery confirmation constitute final proof of delivery for the purposes of dispute resolution.

Filing chargebacks without first attempting resolution through our customer service team may result in account restriction or refusal of future service, and may be disputed with supporting evidence of delivery and communications.

Section 14 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RealVagina and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any applicable law.
