Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary.
Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the customer.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship using third-party logistics providers. Delivery timelines are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or peak seasons.
Tracking & Proof of Delivery
An order is considered successfully delivered when:

Carrier tracking shows “Delivered”, or
-
Carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout
Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation serve as final proof of delivery.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:

Incorrect addresses

Failed delivery due to recipient unavailability

Refused or unclaimed packages
These do not qualify as “Item Not Received” and are not refundable.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost before delivery confirmation, customers must contact us within 14 days of the last tracking update.
If confirmed lost by the carrier, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may incur customs fees or taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility.
Failure to pay customs charges does not qualify for a refund.
Item Not Received (INR) Claims
INR claims must be submitted within 14 days of the carrier’s delivery date.
Orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for INR claims, refunds, or chargebacks.
