This Shipping Policy explains how RealVagina processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through realvagina.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed following successful payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Processing times do not include transit time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship using third-party logistics providers. All stated delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times vary depending on destination, carrier, and external factors.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, natural disasters, or peak shipping seasons. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking their shipments.
3. Tracking & Proof of Delivery
An order is considered successfully delivered when either of the following conditions is met:
- The carrier’s tracking system shows a status of “Delivered”; or
- The carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Carrier tracking records and delivery confirmation constitute final and conclusive proof of delivery for all purposes, including any dispute, chargeback, or Item Not Received (INR) claim.
4. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout. RealVagina is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer;
- Failed delivery due to recipient unavailability after reasonable delivery attempts; or
- Refused or unclaimed packages.
Please note: The above circumstances do not qualify as “Item Not Received” and are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks.
5. Lost Packages
If you believe your package has been lost in transit and the carrier has not confirmed delivery, you must contact us at info@realvagina.com within 14 calendar days of the last recorded tracking update.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for investigation. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we may offer a replacement shipment or refund at our sole discretion, subject to investigation. Packages that show a “Delivered” status are not considered lost.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, and local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are entirely the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
We are unable to predict or control customs processing times or fees. Failure to pay applicable customs charges, resulting in return or destruction of a package, does not qualify for a refund.
7. Item Not Received (INR) Claims
If you have not received your order, please contact us at info@realvagina.com before raising any dispute with your bank or payment provider.
INR claims are subject to the following conditions:
- Claims must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the carrier’s recorded delivery date.
- Orders with a carrier status of “Delivered” are not eligible for INR claims, refunds, or chargebacks.
- We reserve the right to provide carrier tracking records as evidence in any payment dispute.
Important: Filing a chargeback for an order confirmed as delivered by the carrier, without first contacting us, may be treated as fraudulent and disputed with supporting delivery evidence.
