At RealVagina, product quality is our top priority. Every product is thoroughly inspected before leaving our factory.

If you discover any defect or damage upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately with your Order ID and clear photos or videos of the issue. Our customer service team will review the case and provide the best possible solution as quickly as possible.

Customer Service Response Time

  • Business days: within 24 hours

Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped, without providing a reason.

  • To cancel an order, please email info@realvagina.com with a clear cancellation request.

Important:
Once the order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, the order cannot be cancelled.


Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in original condition

  • Original packaging is complete, undamaged, and unopened

  • The plastic hygiene seal (if applicable) remains intact

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once the plastic bag or protective seal has been opened, unless the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

Please note:
An item is not considered defective due to personal preference, dissatisfaction after use, or change of mind after opening or using the product. Refunds cannot be issued in such cases.


Return Process

  1. Contact info@realvagina.com to request return authorization

  2. Provide your Order ID and reason for return

  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions before shipping the item back

⚠️ Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Processing Time:

  • 3–5 business days after receiving the returned item

Return Shipping Cost:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Refunds may be withheld until returned items are received and inspected

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us immediately after delivery

  • Provide photos or videos clearly showing the issue

We will arrange either:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A full refund, depending on the situation

Claims must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.
After 90 days, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds.


Refunds

Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

  • Full refund will be issued for all payments received

  • Refunds will be processed without undue delay

Returned Products

  • Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected

  • A 15% restocking (replenishment) fee will be deducted from the order amount

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after approval

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
